The pre-developed condition to be matched shall be
a forested land cover, unless otherwise allowed by the Manual.
The project improvements do not: add net new impervious surface to the project, increase
the 100 year storm runoff, or exceed 50% of the value of the existing site improvements.
Therefore the project is not required to comply with minimum requirement #7.
However, this stormwater site plan discusses Flow Control; see Section VIII for more
information.
Minimum Requirement #8: Wetlands Protection
The discharge to wetlands shall maintain the hydrologic conditions, hydrophytic
vegetation and substrate characteristics necessary to support existing and designated uses.
The project does not directly or indirectly discharge into a wetland, therefore the project is
not required to comply with minimum requirement#8.
However, this stormwater site plan discusses the downstream drainage system; see Section
II for more information.
Minimum Requirement #9: Operation and Maintenance
A Maintenance Plan that is consistent with the provisions in the Stormwater Management
Manual shall be provided for all proposed stormwater facilities and BMPs along with the
name(s) or the party (or parties) responsible for operation and maintenance. At private
facilities, a copy of the Maintenance Plan shall be retained on-site or within reasonable
access to the site and shall be transferred with the property to subsequent owners. A
tracking log shall be kept and available, containing all maintenance activity that indicates
what actions shall be taken.
Due to the requirement of minimum requirement #6 above, an operation and maintenance
plan is required.
This stormwater site plan addresses Operation and Maintenance; see Section VIII for more
information.
ll. An existing 2' —4' rockery is located adjacent to the landscaping along the
north/northeast property lines.
