Stabilize any areas disturbed by the removal of BMPs,and <br /> c. Ask the construction manager to contact the civil engineer to complete the NOT <br /> site inspection and report. <br /> 10. Continue Daily Inspection Reports until the Final Daily inspection report, marked 'Ready to <br /> Terminate Permit', is signed by the construction manager and submitted. <br /> NOTE: The General Contractor may complete construction-related activities concurrently only if all <br /> preceding BMPs have been completely installed. Source Control Plan <br /> See Appendix A for a copy of the Source Control Activity Worksheet, obtained from <br /> Chapter 2 of Volume IV of the Manual. <br /> The activities listed on the activity worksheet that will be performed outdoors are listed <br /> below: <br /> Activity A3.2 — Concrete Pouring, Concrete Cutting, and Asphalt Application at Temporary <br /> Sites <br /> Summary of Required BMPs: <br /> Employees must be educated on the pollution hazards of concrete and asphalt application <br /> and cutting, debris must be swept up and not hosed down the storm system and <br /> downstream storm drains must be protected from concrete activity. <br /> Proposed Methods to Comply with Required BMPs: <br /> The project C-SWPPP will specifically note the Contractors responsibility regarding <br /> concrete work, including requirements listed in the Washington Department of Ecology <br /> General Permit for Construction Stormwater Discharges which does not allow concrete <br /> wastewater to contact stormwater. Designated, contained concrete washout areas will be <br /> required. <br /> Activity A3.6 — Landscaping and Vegetation Management Activities <br /> Summary of Required BMPs: <br /> Do not dispose of collected vegetation into stormwater drainage system, use mulch, and <br /> maintain appropriate oil and chemical spill cleanup materials if oil or other chemicals are <br /> handled. <br /> Proposed Methods to Comply with Required BMPs: <br /> Landscape maintenance activity will be contracted by the owner with a nationally <br /> recognized landscape contractor.
