The Contractor will be required to comply with good housekeeping principals <br /> and maintain a clean site throughout construction. The C-SWPPP will also contain <br /> information about how to protect the stormwater system from damage due to construction <br /> activities. <br /> Activity A7.12 —Maintenance of Stormwater Drainage and Treatment Facilities <br /> Summary of Required BMPs: <br /> Maintain Stormwater areas according to the Operation and Maintenance Plan presented <br /> herein including all inspection, maintenance and cleaning required to ensure the facilities <br /> continue to operate as originally designed. Additionally, warning signs such as "Dump No <br /> Waste - Drains to Lakes" shall be posted or painted adjacent to all storm drain inlets <br /> where practical. <br /> Proposed Methods to Comply with Required BMPs: <br /> A Stormwater Operation and Maintenance Plan has been created for the proposed project. <br /> The requirements of the source control plan shall be met if the O&M plan is properly <br /> implemented. The project plans will also require a warning stencil as described above be <br /> painted adjacent to all new and existing onsite storm drain inlets. <br /> The proposed location and extent of the above mentioned source control BMPs are <br /> detailed and noted on the Grading and Drainage plan (Figure 5 of Appendix A) and details <br /> (not included in this plan). <br /> VI. Special Reports and/or Studies <br /> The following Special Reports and Studies have been completed for this project: <br /> • Initial Geotechnical Engineering Report — dated June 8, 2011 by Terracon <br /> Consultants, Inc. <br /> • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment-dated February 9, 2011 by Terracon <br /> Consultants, Inc. <br /> • Final Asbestos Inspection Report— dated February 9, 2011 by Terracon Consultants <br /> Inc. <br /> • Critical Areas Reconnaissance Letter— dated February 14, 2011 by The Watershed — <br /> Group. <br /> • Sound Analysis — dated January 28, 2011 by BRC Acoustics & Technology <br /> Consulting. <br /> • Everett Mall Way Retail — Traffic Assessment— dated June 28, 2011 by Transpo <br /> Group. <br /> Due to the length of the above reports and studies, they have not been included in this <br /> stormwater site plan.
