Other Permits <br /> The following governmental approvals or permits will likely be required for this project: <br /> Permits not listed in Appendix A of the Manual: <br /> • City of Everett SEPA Determination <br /> • City of Everett Review Process II <br /> • City of Everett Grading Permit <br /> • City of Everett Building Permit <br /> • Sewer Permit <br /> • Water Permit <br /> • City of Everett Right-of-Way Permit(s) <br /> Permits listed in Appendix A of the Manual: <br /> • R.2 Construction Stormwater Permits (Ecology) <br /> • R.15 Air Quality Regulations (Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency) <br /> These permits will require approval by the City of Everett Planning Division, Public Works, <br /> Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency or the Washington State Department of Ecology <br /> as applicable. <br /> VIII.Permanent Stormwater Control Plan <br /> A. Off-site Analysis <br /> Stormwater discharges from the site into the City of Everett municipal stormwater system <br /> via the flow control structure located adjacent to the south driveway access to SE Everett <br /> Mall Way. <br /> Per information provided by the City of Everett, the system travels south down West Mall <br /> Dr. and enters the Everett Mall stormwater facilities at the south end of West Mall Dr. The <br /> Everett Mall stormwater facilities discharge into Silver Lake Creek at approximately 1300 <br /> 100th Place S.E. which flows into Silver Lake. The City of Everett stormwater main line <br /> begins as a 15" pipe at the connection point then transitions to a 24" pipe as it crosses <br /> Everett Mall Way. In West Mall Boulevard the pipe transitions to 36", then 48" prior to <br /> discharge to the Everett Mall stormwater facilities. The Everett Mall stormwater facilities <br /> are approximately 0.5 miles downstream of the site.
