Additionally, <br /> per discussions with the City of Everett there is no record of significant flooding or <br /> drainage complaints within 1/4 mile of 1605 SE Everett Mall Way. The proposed <br /> improvements will not increase runoff from the site; therefore, there are no predicted <br /> problems. <br /> B. Pre-Redeveloped Hydrology <br /> IThe existing site includes a storm drainage system designed to collect storm water at <br /> strategically placed catch basins throughout the site. The storm water is then conveyed to <br /> Iunderground detention pipes.
