Detailed drawings in accordance with ' <br /> City Desir,n and C:onstruction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> constr�ction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. <br /> Pubfic Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before lhe <br /> �Jccupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Need lo replace sidewalk along street and drainage control per City Design Standards. <br /> 3. Parking must be per City zoning Code and City Design and Constructio� Slandards for <br /> Development. Compact parking stalls shall be grouped together and not interspersed with <br /> standard parking stalis. The parking facility does not relieve EVCC of the parking study <br /> required per SEPA#09-001 r,omments d�jted 7/16I2009. <br /> 4, Addendum to previous SEPA #09-001 submission (previous submission addressed EVCC <br /> Fitness Center). These comments apply only to ihe 1030 Broadway site component of the <br /> SEPA and do not replace previous comrr�ents. <br /> 5. Any grading/fill on this site shali be done so as to not impact the irrigation purpose if <br /> needed. <br /> G. The old molel wafer service is still in place and maybe used (or irrigation purpose i( <br /> needed. <br /> 7. Approval of conslruction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards ancl <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 8. City Streels and alleys are lo be kept clear of dirt and debris al all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 9. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with lhe application does not constitute approvai <br /> oF these plans. <br /> i0. As-buills of storm and waier(irrigafion) sysfems will be required to be submitted per Cily <br /> Design and Gonstruction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 11. The constructir,n plans must be designed from a site survey performed by a license�+ State <br /> of Washington iand surveyor. <br /> 12. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construciion. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal probiems lhe ground must be <br /> covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 13.
