This task is anticipated to require up to four <br /> meetings with BNSF,including a site visit. <br /> 4.2 The Consultant shall develop alternative details for modification to BNSF culvert for review <br /> and approval by BNSF engineering staff. <br /> 4.3 The Consultant shall assess permitting requirement and perform preliminary coordination <br /> ,r• <br /> with permitting agencies. <br /> 4.4 The Consultant shall perform final hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for fmal sizing of <br /> drainage pipes and structures. <br /> 4.5 The Consultant shall prepare 30%plans and cost estimate. <br /> 4.6 The Consultant shall prepare a design report to document hydrologic and hydraulic <br /> calculations, geotechnical recommendations,and environmental permitting issues,and <br /> anticipated construction constraints associated with work in BNSF right-of-way. <br /> Task 4 Assumptions <br /> • 30%plans will include the following sheets: <br /> (1)Cover sheet <br /> (4) Storm drainage plans and profiles <br /> (2)Preliminary details <br /> Task 4 Deliverables <br /> • Minutes from BNSF coordination meetings <br /> • 30%plans <br /> • 30%cost estimate <br /> • Draft design report(submitted with 30%plans) <br /> • Final design report(submitted with 60%plans) <br /> TASK 5—PERMITTING <br /> This task will include preparing applications and supporting information for environmental permits, <br /> coordinating with permitting agencies and providing support to the City of Everett for obtaining a <br /> City of Everett-Shore Avenue Storm water Outfall Improvements KPG,Inc. <br /> Exhibit A—Scope of Work Page 3 of 7 4 April2013 <br /> 16 <br />
