2513-3 <br /> • Drawings/sketches will be created by Otak with review and redline edits by CCI(up to 7 sheets) <br /> • Existing design and/or as-built documents related to repairs from Station DD5-A-325+00 to <br /> DD5-A-343+00 (Reaches 1, 2, and 3) will be provided by Otak. <br /> • OTAK/DD5 will provide updated periodic inspection reports, summary of observed <br /> deficiencies, as-built drawings from USACE dike repairs, and current photographs of Reaches <br /> 1, 2, and 3. <br /> • Design of a floodwall or design for complete replacement of the dike is not included in this <br /> scope. <br /> • The design criteria for top elevation of the dike under I-5 will be as high as practical given the <br /> space constraints from the elevation of the Interstate-5 bridge girders. The bottom elevation <br /> of the bridge girders generally ranges from 15.1' to 16.0' NAVD88, and therefore the top <br /> elevation of adequately compacted dike fill will be limited by the girder elevation. <br /> • No additional site visit and explorations are anticipated to be performed by CCI <br /> Cost Estimate and Timeline <br /> Our estimated cost to complete the scope of work outlined above is a Not-to-Exceed sum of$25,400. <br /> This amount would not be exceeded without your prior authorization.
