TASK 2—DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW(estimated at$7,613) <br /> CG ENGINEERING: <br /> CG Engineering will work with City staff to obtain relevant data to assist the ventilation subconsultant <br /> with their evaluation and gather additional information for the structural repair design. <br /> 2.1 Data request and review <br /> 2.2 Site visit <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - City will provide access inside the reservoir via boat <br /> - Destructive investigation and materials testing are excluded <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Photos and field notes if requested by the City. <br /> MURRAYSMITH: <br /> 2.1 Data request and review. Murraysmith will gather and review relevant data to complete the evaluation <br /> tasks. Several documents and reports will be requested and reviewed as part of this task, including <br /> reservoir and site record drawings, operational SCADA data, and other maintenance records from the City <br /> of Everett. Murraysmith will coordinate with CG Engineering and the City of Everett during data collection <br /> to ensure all necessary information is gathered for the project <br /> 2.2 Site visit(one site visit, up to two Murraysmith staff) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Electronic copies of formal "Data Request" <br /> TASK 3—RESERVOIR VENTILATION EVALUATION (estimated at$10,450) <br /> CG ENGINEERING: <br /> CG Engineering will manage the ventilation subconsultant and review their technical memorandum. <br /> 3.1 Management of ventilation evaluation subconsultant <br /> 3.2 Review of technical memorandum <br /> Assumptions: <br /> - One meeting with ventilation subconsultant and City staff will be required to review technical <br /> memorandum. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> - Subconsultant will prepare technical memorandum for City review. <br /> MURRAYSMITH: <br /> 3.1 Ventilation Evaluation. Review data and site visit notes collected in previous tasks to evaluate and <br /> determine potential ventilation options or other solutions to reduce the humid environment above the <br /> reservoir's water surface. <br /> 3.2 Technical Memorandum. Prepare a brief technical memorandum that summarizes relevant information <br /> and data collected from records and site visits, and the results of work performed in prior tasks.
