The drawings will be prepared in <br /> AutoCAD in City Format. <br /> (2) Technical Specifications in CSI format in a PDF file. <br /> (3) An Opinion of Probable Construction Costs in PDF format. <br /> (j) Final Bid-Ready Documents—Prepare and provide documents <br /> suitable to use for bidding and construction. The final documents <br /> will include the following: <br /> (1) Drawings in PDF format. The drawings will be prepared in <br /> AutoCAD in City format and will be sealed by a licensed <br /> professional engineer. <br /> (2) Technical Specifications in CSI format sealed by a licensed <br /> professional engineer in a PDF file. <br /> (3) An Opinion of Probable Construction Costs in PDF format. <br /> (4) Final Calculations sealed by a licensed professional engineer <br /> in PDF format. <br /> 2. Replace Boat Ramp Floats and Parking Area Repairs -Permitting Services <br /> (a) Federal Corps of Engineers Section 10 Permit—it is assumed that a <br /> Nationwide Permit for Repairs will be required for the boat ramp <br /> float replacement since the work will occur below Mean Higher <br /> High Water(tidal influenced river location). Prepare a JARPA <br /> application and 8 1/2" x 11": Corps format drawings based on the <br /> 60%documents for submittal to the Corps of Engineers with a <br /> request for coverage under the Nationwide Permit for repairs of <br /> existing boat ramp facilities. <br /> Reid iddleto <br />
