Fire Alarm: Performance specification and design coordination of an <br /> addressable Fire Alarm system, including coordination of space requirements. <br /> 6. Construction cost estimating assistance. <br /> G. Commissioning: <br /> 1. Review the design documents, provide report. <br /> 2. Provide commissioning specifications. <br /> 3. Review contractor submittals. <br /> 4. Develop commissioning plan. <br /> 5. Develop functional test tracking, scripts, and success criteria. <br /> 6. Conduct commissioning meetings as necessary. <br /> 7. Verify installation of mechanical and electrical systems. <br /> 8. Witness selected equipment startups. <br /> 9. Lead and verify functional performance testing of mechanical and electrical <br /> systems. <br /> 10. Collect data and support asset management system population. <br /> 11.
