Time and Expense:We propose a time-and-expense, not-to-exceed, contract <br /> extension fee amount of$297,236 for architectural and engineering labor under the <br /> above Basic Services for Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. <br /> Original contract$853,580 plus $297,236 for total contract fee of$1,150,816. <br /> B. Amount and Breakdown: Architectural and Engineering contract extension fee <br /> calculation summary is attached. <br /> C. WFP"Linear Requirement"document summary attached. <br /> D. The work associated with the existing Motor Control Centers, discussed on site and <br /> outlined in the electrical section above and included the`Basic Services Fee' noted <br /> above, is estimated at$15,000. <br /> E. Included in the 'Basic Services Fee' noted above is 'Additional Services as requested by <br /> Owner' in the amount of$40,550,to be used at the Owner's discretion, and used only <br /> upon Owner authorization. <br /> F. Reimbursable: Expenses will be invoiced at cost plus 10%administrative expense. We <br /> have allowed $4,500 for expenses (this amount includes the 10% mark-up)included in <br /> the fee noted above. <br /> Fee Basis <br /> Our fee is based on the following: <br /> A. LEED accreditation and project submittal to USGBC will not be required. <br /> B. Power studies associated with this project are limited to the new equipment and <br /> connections,from the utility service point and generators to the first protective device <br /> below the site transformers and to the removal of existing generators. The modeling of <br /> equipment and connections, and verification of settings and switching downstream of <br /> the area of work is not included. <br /> C. Sazan Environmental Services (SES) is a third-party commissioning provider. SES <br /> was founded in 2013 as a separate company from its partner firm, Sazan Group <br />
