Task 8 Final Bid Documents Objective:" To prepare final bid documents and advertisement to be used by the City. Activities: The following activities are associated with this task: • Prepare final plans, specifications,, and cost estimate ready for bidding that incorporates input from the City and Ecology; • Deliverables: The following deliverables will be prepared: • Final Plans • Final Specifications • Engineering Estimate Assumptions: The following assumptions apply to this task: • City will provide 90% comments including comments on the Parametrix constructability review., S Task 9 Project Management Objective: To track and manage scope, schedule, and budget,provide timely communication to the City Project Manager about project status and maintain an understanding of the project goals and constraints. Activities: The following activities are associated with this task: • Attend kick-off meeting to determine and better understand vision, scope, budget, schedule and other critical factors that will dictate the success of this project. • Prepare a Project Management Plan. • Provide monthly invoices and progress reports. • Communicate with the City via phone or e-mail to discuss project status or strategy.
