Signs must be posted <br /> on ihe site-limiting car washing to lhe designaled area only. The condominium covena�ts <br /> must contain a clause-prohibiting car washing on the site outside of lhe specially designated <br /> area. If units are to be rented, the covenanl shall slate that a clause-restricting vehicle <br /> washing on the site to the designaled area only will be written into lhe tenant leases and/or <br /> renlal agreements. In addilion, a nole stating that car washing is only permissible in the <br /> designated area musl be included on the storm drainage plans. <br /> 19. As an alternative to the specially designaled car washing area, hose bibs can be eliminated <br /> from Ihe site or resident access to them prevented. I(this option is exercised, the <br /> condominium covenants must conlain a clause-prohibiting car washing on the site. I(units <br /> are to be rented, lhe covenant shall slate that a clause-reslricting vehicle washing on lhe site <br /> lo the designated area only will be written into Ihe tenant leases and/or rental agreemenls. In <br /> addition, a note sta!ing that car washing is only permissible in the designated area must be <br /> inctuded on the storm drainage plans. <br /> 20.
