CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 1 <br /> A preliminary geotechnical evaluation was completed and is summarized in the "Subsurface <br /> Exploration, Geologic Hazards and Geotechnical Engineering Report", Northwest <br /> Stormwater Improvement Project, Everett, Washington. <br /> A copy of this report is available upon request. <br /> The following table illustrates sampling results for lead and arsenic taken this past August. 1 <br /> Results are based on 18-inch depth composites.
