Change Orders <br /> 1.1.6. That part of the GC/CM's Final Proposal Form that sets forth their <br /> prices for the Percent Fee Percentage and Fixed Amount for Specified <br /> General Conditions Work for Phase Cl work <br /> 1.1.7. Other documents listed in the Contract Documents <br /> 1.1.8. Scope of Work for Bid Package #100 - Concrete Piles, included in this <br /> Contract as Attachment 9, dated December 2013. (4 page document) <br /> 1.2. Engineer: Refers to Carollo Engineers, Inc., hired by the Owner to develop <br /> the Drawings and Specifications for the Project and assist the Owner in <br /> management of the GC/CM Contract. <br /> 1.3. Fixed Amount for Specified General Conditions: "Fixed Amount for Specified <br /> General Conditions" means the amount listed on page 1 of this GC/CM <br /> Contract. <br /> 1.4. General Contractor/Construction Manager: "General Contractor/Construction <br /> Manager" (GC/CM) means the entity identified above as party to this Contract <br /> responsible for completion of the Project. The Owner and GC/CM previously <br /> executed a separate Preconstruction Services Contract in which the GC/CM <br /> provided services during the design phase of the Project. <br /> 1.5. Maximum Allowable Construction Cost: The "Maximum Allowable <br /> Construction Cost" (MACC) means the maximum cost the Owner will pay the <br /> GC/CM to complete the Work and construct the Project, as specified on Page <br /> 1 of this GC/CM Contract. The MACC includes Total for Subcontract Costs, <br /> Negotiated Support Services and a Risk Contingency Account, but does not <br /> include the Percent Fee Amount, Fixed Amount for Specified General <br /> Conditions, sales tax, or Preconstruction Services. The MACC shall be <br /> organized by the items, categories and costs set forth in Attachment 2, <br /> "Phase Cl Total Contract Cost Summary". <br /> 1.6. Negotiated Support Services: "Negotiated Support Services" (NSS) means <br /> items the GC/CM would normally manage or perform on a construction <br /> project.
