7 <br /> �, <br /> GC/CM Contract <br /> ` _ <br /> 4107 General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> � � -T Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion <br /> Phase Cl (Liquid Stream) <br /> Contract Documents (including without limitation Attachment 1, "Summary <br /> Matrix of Cost Allocation"). <br /> 1.7. Owner: "Owner" refers to the City of Everett as represented by the Owner's <br /> Project Manager or designee. The City of Everett is the Owner of the Project <br /> and signatory to the GC/CM Contract. <br /> 1.8. Percent Fee Amount: "Percent Fee Amount" means the dollar amount <br /> specified on page 1 of this GC/CM Contract, which has been calculated by <br /> multiplying the Percent Fee Percentage by the MACC, and as further defined <br /> in Section 6.4 of this Contract. <br /> 1.9. Percent Fee Percentage: "Percent Fee Percentage" means the percentage <br /> specified on page 1 of this GC/CM Contract. <br /> 1.10. Project: "Project" means the City of Everett's Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> Expansion, Phase Cl (Liquid Stream), in accordance with the Contract <br /> Documents. The GC/CM was selected for both Phase Cl and Phase C2 <br /> (Solids Handling). <br /> 1.11. Risk Contingency Account: A "Risk Contingency Account" has been <br /> established, as specified on page 1 of this GC/CM Contract, and may be used <br /> only as described in Section 6.2 of this Contract. <br /> 1.12. Specified General Conditions: "Specified General Conditions" are defined in <br /> Section 6.5 of this Contract. <br /> 1.13. Subcontract Plan: "Subcontract Plan" means the plan, set forth in Attachment <br /> 5 to this GC/CM Contract, that the GC/CM prepared which identifies all bid <br /> packages (including all equipment and material purchases), timing of <br /> solicitations of bids for the packages to meet the Contract Time, major <br /> coordination issues with other bid packages, means to enhance the <br /> opportunity for local business to participate in performing the work, and the <br /> extent, if any, to which the GC/CM intends to bid to self-perform any of the <br /> work of the bid packages, along with an affidavit stipulating that such work is <br /> customarily performed by the GC/CM. <br /> 1.14. Summary Matrix of Cost Allocation: "Summary Matrix of Cost Allocation" <br /> means the summary set forth in Attachment 1 to this GC/CM Contract. <br /> 1.15.
