7 <br /> GC/CM Contract <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> EV .ETT Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion <br /> Phase Cl (Liquid Stream) <br /> writing by the Owner before the Risk Contingency Account may be <br /> used. The GC/CM shall provide the Owner monthly updates on the use <br /> of the Risk Contingency Account. Any funds remaining in the Risk <br /> Contingency Account shall be returned to the Owner with the <br /> corresponding Percent Fee Amount. <br /> 6.2.5. Team Change Memorandum: All allowable uses of the Risk <br /> Contingency Account, consistent with the provisions of Article 6.2 of <br /> the GC/CM Contract, shall be initiated through a Team Change <br /> Memorandum. The GC/CM shall submit a Team Change <br /> Memorandum with the scope and cost of the changed work clearly <br /> delineated. The Owner will note, by return endorsement, concurrence <br /> with the technical solution and whether or not funds for the change can <br /> be drawn from the GC/CM's Risk Contingency Account, consistent with • <br /> the provisions of Article 6 of the GC/CM Contract. <br /> 6.3. Negotiated Support Services. A complete and detailed cost breakdown, in a <br /> format acceptable to the Owner, for Negotiated Support Services is included <br /> in the Contract as Attachment 4, dated December 2013. Negotiated Support <br /> Services shall be paid by the Owner in an amount not to exceed the <br /> Negotiated Support Services sum set forth in Table 1 of this GC/CM Contract. <br /> The GC/CM shall earn and be paid such NSS according to General <br /> Conditions 14.03. The costs for management required to administer the <br /> Negotiated Support Services Work shall be included in the Fixed Amount for <br /> Specified General Conditions. <br /> 6.4. Percent Fee: <br /> 6.4.1. Payment of Percent Fee Amount. The Percent Fee Amount shall be <br /> earned and paid on a monthly basis, by multiplying the Percent Fee <br /> Percentage by the portion of the MACC due to the GCICM. <br /> 6.4.2. Modifications to Percent Fee Amount. The Percent Fee Amount shall <br /> be adjusted based on deductive or additive Change Orders by <br /> multiplying the Percent Fee Percentage by the amount bf the Change <br /> Order work. <br /> 6.4.3. Modifications to Percent Fee Percentage. The Percent Fee <br /> Percentage shall only be adjusted as required by RCW 39.10.370. <br /> 6.4.4.
