7 <br /> GCICM Contract • <br /> General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for <br /> Eu2 - TT Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion <br /> Phase Cl (Liquid Stream) <br /> 6.4.4.1 All profit of the GC/CM for this Project. <br /> 6.4.4.2 All regional and home office overhead expenses, including <br /> labor and materials, travel, phone, facsimile, postage, <br /> internet service, and other incidental office expenses <br /> attributed to work on this Project that is not specifically <br /> identified in the Fixed Amount for Specified General <br /> Conditions Work. <br /> 6.4.4.3 All reasonable and necessary travel expenses. <br /> 6.4.4.4 All overhead expenses of the GC/CM for participation in and <br /> the support of the Subcontractor bidding process of the <br /> Project. <br /> 6.4.4.5 Other than retail sales tax, the Percent Fee Amount shall <br /> cover all taxes owed by the GC/CM including City and State <br /> B&O tax. <br /> 6.4.4.6 GC/CM's performance and payment bond premiums. The <br /> cost of the premiums on the initial or any subsequent phased <br /> TCC may be paid to the GC/CM as a lump sum, in which <br /> case the Percent Fee Percentage shall be reduced <br /> accordingly for progress payments. The adjusted Percent <br /> Fee Percentage shall include the cost for all bond premiums <br /> related to Change Orders. <br /> 6.4.4.7 GC/CM's expenses for providing insurance coverage <br /> required by the Contract Documents. <br /> 6.5. Specified General Conditions: Page 1 of this Contract identifies the dollar <br /> amount for the Fixed Amount for Specified General Conditions work. The <br /> Specified General Conditions work shall consist of Project activities (including <br /> without limitation, management, supervision, contract administration) for <br /> which the GC/CM is responsible in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Contract contained in the General Conditions, the GC/CM Contract, and the <br /> Division 01 Specifications (including without limitation Attachment 1, <br /> "Summary Matrix of Cost Allocation"). Any cost that is not specifically <br /> identified in Attachment 1 or elsewhere in the Contract Documents shall be <br /> covered by the Fixed Amount for Specified General Conditions.
