I Amendment No. 1 to GC/CM Contract '' General Contractor/Construction Manager Services for Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion Phase Cl (Liquid Stream) L. Attachment 5 to the Contract, Subcontract Plan, dated January 6, 2014 is replaced in its entirety by the attached Attachment 5 dated March 3, 2014. M. Attachment 6 to the Contract, General Conditions, Section 1.01 A25 is amended as follows: a. Replace 1.01 A 25 with the following: 25. Order of Precedence - Any inconsistency in the parts of the Contract shall be resolved by following this order of precedence (e.g., 1 presiding over 2, 2 over 3, 3 over 4, and so forth): 1. Change Orders, issued after the execution of the GC/CM Contract 2. GC/CM Contract, with all attachments except Attachment 1, Attachment 5, Attachment 6, Attachment 7, Attachment 8, and Attachment 9 a. In the event of a conflict, the GC/CM Contract without attachments shall take precedence over Attachment 2 through Attachment 4 b. In the event of a conflict, Attachment 3 shall take precedence over Attachment 2 c. In the event of a conflict, Attachment 4 shall take precedence over Attachment 2 3. Attachment 6 to GC/CM Contract, "General Conditions of the GC/CM Contract" 4. Attachment 8 to GC/CM Contract, "Specifications", with (a) taking priority over (b): a. Division 01 Specifications b. Technical Specifications 5. Attachment 7 to GC/CM Contract, "Drawings" (in case of conflict within the Drawings, large scale drawings shall take precedence over small scale drawings) 6. That part of the GC/CM's Final Proposal Form that sets forth their prices for the Percent Fee Percentage, Percent Fee Amount, and Fixed Amount for Specified General Conditions Work. 7.
