Section 1.1.3 of the Contract is amended to read as follows, such that the attached Attachment 7 replaces the original Attachment 7 to the Contract: 1.1.3. Drawings: Included in this Contract as Attachment 7, the 337 drawing sheets that are listed on Drawing No. G-002, G-003 and G-004 "General Drawing Index", dated 02/25/2014. C. Section 1.1.4 of the Contract is amended to read as follows such that the attached Attachment 8 replaces the original Attachment 8: 1.1.4. Specifications: Included in this Contract as Attachment 8, the Specifications sections listed on pages TOC through TOC-vi, "Table of Contents", dated February 2014 D. Section 1.1.8 of the Contract related to the Scope of Work for Bid Package #100 Concrete Piles is deleted. Attachment 9 is deleted, as the work contained in Attachment 9 is contained in the Attachments 7 and 8 attached to Amendment No. 1. E. Section 1.5 of the Contract is amended to read as follows: 1.5 Maximum Allowable Construction Cost: The "Maximum Allowable Construction Cost" (MACC) means the maximum cost the Owner will pay the GC/CM to complete the Work and construct the Project, as specified on Page 1 of this GC/CM Contract. The MACC includes Total for Subcontract Costs, Negotiated Support Services and a Risk Contingency Account, but does not include the Percent Fee Amount, Fixed Amount for Specified General Conditions, Project Contingency, sales tax, or Preconstruction Services. The MACC shall be organized by the items, categories and costs set forth in Attachment 2, `Phase Cl Total Contract Cost Summary".
