Permitted Uses. Permitted uses include those normally associated with a community <br /> college, including,but not limited to, instructional programs, college administration, library, <br /> cafeteria,bookstore, maintenance facilities, open space, off-street parking,transit facilities, on <br /> campus daycare, and related college uses. The Planning Director is authorized to determine if <br /> uses not specified herein are permitted uses. <br /> B. Proposed Building(s). Any buildings to be constructed on the campus shall be as <br /> generally depicted on the master plan, or, if not shown on the master plan, shall conform to the <br /> standards of this ordinance. Additions or alterations to existing buildings are permitted if such <br /> additions or alterations conform to the standards of this ordinance. However, if such addition or <br /> alteration should result in additional classroom capacity, the addition or alteration shall not be <br /> permitted until the Planning Director has determined that there is sufficient off-street parking <br /> and/or transit service capacity provided for the proposed additional classroom capacity. <br /> C.
