To meet the intent of the <br /> policy, typically landscaping in excess of Type III must be provided. The Applicant is proposing a <br /> Landscape Modification which would result in more substantial landscaping along the Colby <br /> Ave.nue frontage and other areas of the site, than would otherwise be required. In exchange for the <br /> enhanced landscaping in these areas, a reduction of the rypical landscaping is being sought within <br /> the internal parking areas. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has deterntined that it does not have a probable signi6cant adverse <br /> impact on the environr:�ent. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with State law and Ciry ordinances related to <br /> general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br /> drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a comple[ed environmental checklist and other <br /> information on file with the lead agency.
