City of Everett Edgewater Creek Bridge Replacement <br /> • No access onto private property is anticipated. If access is ever needed then it will be <br /> coordinated by the City of Everett. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Off-site analysis write-up: To be included in the drainage report <br /> 11.1.3 Site Assessment and Mapping <br /> Consultant will prepare site assessment maps showing existing drainage features within the <br /> project site. Mapping will be assembled based upon existing topographic maps and project <br /> survey information. Offsite information will be acquired from GIS mapping, City records, and <br /> City maps. The assessment maps,produced by Consultant,will show existing contours,existing <br /> drainage elements, and any critical areas such as wetlands and streams. This information will be <br /> used for appropriate documentation in the Drainage Report. These site assessment maps and <br /> exhibits will include: <br /> • Land use types and areas. <br /> • Topographic plans within the project site, including enclosed drainage. <br /> • Topographic mapping outside of road project right-of-way but within project area of <br /> interest(electronic GIS). <br /> • Wetlands, streams and other critical areas (if applicable). <br /> • Soil types, depth,and slope—Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). <br /> • Soil subsurface information, as available. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Site Assessment Maps in 11"x 17" sheet size with a scale of 1:50(to be included in the <br /> Drainage Report) <br /> 11.1.4 Change in Land Use Area Map <br /> Consultant will prepare maps identifying existing and proposed impervious areas. This is used <br /> for threshold determination in accordance with the drainage standards,and to verify mitigation <br /> needs for flow control and stormwater quality treatment are being met. TDA boundaries, based <br /> on high points and conveyance system configuration, will be identified on these maps. <br /> Consultant will also prepare a summary of area tables for pre-project and post-project conditions. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • One(1)electronic PDF copy of the Change in Land Use Maps and corresponding table of <br /> change in land use areas. To be included in the Drainage Report. These maps will <br /> include: <br /> o Existing Impervious Area Map(one [1] sheet) <br /> o Proposed Impervious Area Map(one [1] sheet) <br /> o Tables identifying the different types of impervious surfaces <br /> 11.1.5 Stormwater Flow Control and Water Quality Treatment Calculations <br /> • Consultant will prepare preliminary calculations for flow control and water quality <br /> treatment facilities. Budget will be for the design of one (1) flow control facility and one <br /> Page 32 of 42 <br />
