AU work described herein becomes a part of Phase 1 of the project, for purposes of <br />design, cost estimating, bid assistance, and construction assistance. <br />d. Phase 2 project elements will be authorized by a separate Amendment to this <br />Agreement. <br />e. Drawing deliverables are based on production of 135 sheets of drawings. <br />3. CITY -FURNISHED DOCUMENTS <br />The City will provide documentation described herein. Documentation provided will include: <br />a. All documentation according to Amendments No.'s 1 and 2, updated as required to <br />support completion of the scope of work described herein. <br />4. SCOPE <br />This Scope of Work includes: <br />a. Rearrangement of Phase 1 work to incorporate changes resulting from PSO3 decisions; <br />b. Completion of modified Phase 1 design to 100% completion; <br />c. Surveying, mapping and design for the addition of area transferred from Phase 2 to <br />Phase 1; and, <br />d. Phase 2 mapping in anticipation of design of Phase 2 in 2015. <br />Task 100D Project Management <br />The scope of services for project management is as described in the Agreement and <br />Amendments thereto, except insofar as the dates of performance are modified by this <br />Amendment. Activities will occur between October 1, 2013 and January 31, 2016. Activities <br />include the following, with changes as noted. <br />Project Administration. No change to scope description. An additional twenty-eight (28) monthly <br />progress reports; and eight (8) quarterly schedule updates. <br />Action/Decision Log. No change to scope description. Twenty-eight (28) additional <br />Action/Decision Log updates; one for each regular meeting. <br />Periodic Communication. No change to scope description. Allow 10 additional hours per month <br />for 16 months; eight (8) hours per month for 12 months (construction.) <br />Deliverables.
