Task 601 Project Meetings <br />This task includes project coordination meetings with the City. Activities include: <br />• Technical coordination meetings. Once per month, 15 meetings during design; duration <br />of 2 hours; project manager and one engineer; meeting notes. (Coordination Meetings <br />during Construction are included in the Construction Assistance scope.) Meetings will <br />cover technical progress, coordination of subconsultant work interface with City, <br />technical design issues, change management, action items, and schedule and budget <br />status. <br />• Periodic Workshops. One at each 90% and 100% design level; duration of 3 hours; <br />project manager and two engineers; meeting notes. <br />• Other, non -planned meetings. Allow for four (4) additional, unplanned meetings; duration <br />of 2 hours each; project manager and one engineer; meeting notes. <br />Task 602 Surveying and Mapping — Additional Phase 1 Areas <br />As a result of PS03 decisions, some Phase 2 work areas must be included in Phase 1 design. <br />This task describes the mapping to be completed to support new Phase 1 design. This task also <br />includes mapping for Phase 2 design, to come later. <br />602.1 Project Management, Jacobs - Metron Coordination. <br />o Manage subcontract. <br />602.2 Phase 1 — Additional Surveying and Mapping. <br />o Metron - Provide mapping, using all the same assumptions and requirements <br />from Amendment No. 1, Task 602, based on Metron and Associates Scope of <br />Work dated 11-25-13, for the following areas: <br />• Grand Avenue, from 15th Street to 17th Street, <br />• Grand Avenue, from 10th Street to 14th Street, <br />• Rucker Avenue, from 15th Street to 16th Street, <br />• 16th Street, from Grand to Rucker Avenue, and <br />• Rucker Avenue, from 11th Street to 10th Street. <br />o Jacobs - Replace base map layer in design drawings. <br />602.3 Additional potholing as needed. Budget provided is an allocation. <br />602.4 Basement Surveys — Provide surveyed elevations of up to 24 basements to <br />include: <br />a. Notification to residents <br />b. Schedule for surveys <br />c. Field survey of elevation of lowest floor level in each residence. <br />d. AutoCAD map showing address and approximate location of surveyed <br />elevation. <br />e.
