_6 <br />602.5 Phase 2 Surveying and Mapping. Survey and map Phase 2 construction area as <br />described below: <br />a. City will provide location of 'wet' utilities (water, sewer and drainage). <br />b. Surveyor/Mapper will provide location of 'dry' utilities (all others, e.g., <br />power, telecom, cable networks, gas, etc.). <br />c. Field survey according to the standards listed in the Agreement, as <br />Amended for the following areas: <br />• Alley between Hoyt and Colby, 10th St to 11th St. <br />• Alley between Hoyt and Rucker, 17th St to 19th St. <br />• Alley between Colby and Wetmore, 17th St to 18th St. <br />• Rockefeller between 15th St and 17th St. <br />• Rucker between 16th St and 19th St. <br />• Hoyt between 18th St and 19ths St. <br />• Colby between 16th St. and 18th St. <br />• Wetmore between 16th St and 19th St. <br />• 10th St between Colby and Rucker <br />• 18th St. between Hoyt to Rucker <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Alignment and rim / invert elevation information for sewer structures. <br />2. Base mapping as specified. <br />3. Aerial map of the Mapping Boundary. <br />4. Provide two CD's containing electronic copies of surveys produced in AutoCAD 2008 using <br />City of Everett standards. <br />5. Updated electronic and hardcopy of monument and benchmark documentation. <br />6. Updated Survey Control Sheets. <br />7. Pothole information, when services are requested. <br />8. One electronic and one hardcopy of page additions to Survey and Mapping Notebook <br />containing structure attributes. <br />9. Add mapping to City field books, for submittal to City upon completion.Pothole <br />elevation data, in tabular form and added to base mapping. <br />10. Basement elevations in Autocad map and survey report (tabular form). <br />Task 604 — Modeling <br />This task is for providing modeling assistance to account for revisions to the design occurring <br />after the effective date of Amendment No. 2, to confirm the final design as described in this <br />Amendment, and to provide limited assistance to City staff in responding to issues outside of <br />what is needed specifically to address Sewer M design. Management and QA/QC are included <br />in Tasks 100 and 110, respectively. <br />604.1. Meetings - Two 1-hour phone meetings to discuss results. <br />604.2.
