CITY FURNISHED DOCUMENTS <br />The City will provide documentation described herein. Documentation provided will include: <br />1. Applications from previous submittals to the Project Review Committee. <br />4. SCOPE OF WORK <br />This Scope of Work includes the following tasks. <br />Task 200 — PSO3 Project Planning <br />Project Management <br />This work is recorded here for purposes of recognizing that project management activities will <br />occur during Amendment No. 3 work and is part of Task 200 for the planning -level work effort. <br />The purpose of this task is to provide oversight and management of the work for the work, <br />including contract administration, oversight of subconsultants, quality review and assurance, <br />and periodic communication with the City. <br />Activities: <br />Proiect Administration. The following activities are included: <br />• The Consultant will manage the project according to the Scope, Schedule, and Budget <br />included in this Scope of Work and its Exhibits between the dates of September 1, 2013 <br />and February 12, 2014. <br />• The Consultant will prepare a monthly progress report to accompany each monthly <br />invoice. Progress reports will include a narrative of work completed, schedule <br />adherence, budget adherence, and anticipated work for the next period. <br />• The Consultant will retain and manage subconsultants. Management will include <br />preparation of subcontracts, review of progress, review of monthly invoices, review of <br />subconsultant QA/QC procedures and results, and safety coordination. <br />Periodic Communication. The Consultant will maintain regular communication with the City's <br />Project Manager in order to discuss and review information and issues that may affect the <br />progress of the work.
