Periodic communications documentation as requested. <br />Project Meetings (City) <br />This work is recorded here for purposes of recognizing that meetings will occur during <br />Amendment No. 3 work. Budget for meetings are provided within each task authorization. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Meetings are defined within each task authorization <br />• Budget for this task is based on two-hour meetings to discuss design issues and design <br />review comments. <br />Activities: <br />• The Consultant will prepare for and attend technical coordination meetings with the City <br />during the work of this Scope. <br />• The Consultant will prepare for and attend workshops to review the design progress, <br />receive feedback, and provide responses. <br />• The Consultant will prepare and distribute meeting summaries. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Design Meeting agendas and meeting notes —1 electronic copy <br />Subtask 200-2 — Expanded Utility Bridge Evaluation. <br />The purpose of this task is to expand a planning -level analysis of the feasibility authorized in <br />Amendment No. 2 for installing one to two pipelines on a utility bridge near 16th St. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The bridge type to be considered in this task is a steel truss bridge. <br />• The bridge will need to support three pipes: 36-inch, 30-inch, and 12-inch in diameter. <br />Activities: <br />• Refine bridge life cycle costs based on information received from the City on October 14, <br />2013. <br />• Examine and refine cost estimate for bridge foundations. <br />• Prepare life cycle costs by including M&O over time and replacement, if applicable. <br />• Contact utilities and include costs for burying utilities as part of Utility Bridge alternative. <br />• Contact BNSF and provide costs for flagging during construction for Utility Bridge <br />alternative. <br />• Contact utility bridge construction companies, meet on site and obtain initial information <br />on utility bridge constructability. <br />Version 3 14 4/29/14 <br />136 <br />
