Potentially
inaccessible elements include, but are not limited to, the bathrooms, stairs, ramps, entryway
doors, and parking. Where the building is made to be less than fully-accessible per one of
the exceptions, documentation substantiating the limited accessibility improvements shall be
submitted for review. See IEBC Section 806.1.
Response:
A new accessible restroom is proposed, a new interior ramp is proposed to provide required
accessibility at entry door. Additional dimensions and information on the existing ramp, landing
and handrails have been added to the drawings. See sheets A-0.1, A-1.1 &A-1.2.
