6 <br />include, but are not limited to, art installations, trailers, vehicles, <br />tents, movable sheds, lawn and landscaping decorations, swing sets <br />and play equipment, wood piles, park benches, etc. <br />Failure to remove all items obstructing the Work, unless specific <br />exceptions have been agreed upon in advance with Ecology, may <br />result in potential risk of loss or damage to those items and will <br />result in a more limited area of the Property remediated and <br />restored by Ecology. <br />4. Removing flower bulbs and other plants, trees and vegetation the <br />City may wish to transplant and save by November 1, 2014. <br />5. Watering and maintaining the restored sod, shrubs, trees and other <br />landscape features when instructed to take over those <br />responsibilities by Ecology. Ecology will provide <br />recommendations for care. Failure to water, provide upkeep, <br />and maintain restored sod, shrubs and trees in accordance <br />with those care instructions will invalidate Ecology's <br />guarantee. This guarantee applies only to vegetation that <br />Ecology purchases and installs. <br />6. Communicating concerns and questions regarding the Work to <br />Ecology as soon as they are identified. <br />7. Tnforming appropriate City of Everett and Ecology staff <br />immediately of disruption or damage of utility services if the event <br />occurs while Ecology staff and contractors are not on the Property. <br />8. Attending weekly contractor, communications, and other meetings <br />as needed. One staff member is required at each of the meetings (2, <br />one hour meetings per week). <br />9. Perfoiui a minimum of daily on -site visits to the project site to <br />inspect and approve work. <br />10. As requested by Ecology, an inspection of each phase of work as it <br />is completed (includes phases 1-3 in American Legion Memorial <br />Park and phase 4 in Evergreen Arboretum) to inspect and approve <br />work. Ecology will schedule these inspections with City staff. City <br />staff will assist Ecology in developing a punch list of repair items <br />as identified. City staff will also inspect and approve all repair <br />work when it is completed. <br />
