Deliverables <br /> 1. <br /> 2. Monthly reports and invoices (one copy with invoice, PDF format) <br /> Task 200 — CSO Control Program Support <br /> Task Objective <br /> This task will provide support to the City on combined sewer and wastewater issues directly and <br /> indirectly related to the PGSF. These include preparation of an update to the City's CSO control <br /> plan, an assessment of infiltration and inflow required as part of the National Pollution Discharge <br /> Elimination System (NPDES) permit renewal. <br /> Subtask 201 — CSO Control Plan Update <br /> Objective <br /> Update the 2014 CSO Control Plan Update. A key element will include documentation that the <br /> PGSF will be the control strategy for bringing PSO4, PSO5, PSO6 and PSO7 into control. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review annual City CSO reports. <br /> 2. Interview City staff with regard to changes in the CSO system since the last update. <br /> 3. For those sites that have CSO activity in excess of one (1) event per year, review the <br /> City proposed alternatives for bringing the site into control. <br /> a) Specifically, for PSO4, PSO5, PSO6 and PSO7 document that Port Gardner Storage <br /> Facility will be the City's preferred control strategy. <br /> b) Evaluate the CSO sites' project priority ranking. <br /> 4. Work with the City to develop a construction schedule for the identified CSO control <br /> improvements. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Attend interviews and escort HDR on the site visits. If necessary, provide traffic control <br /> and City personnel for confined space entry needed to document the facilities at each <br /> site. <br /> 2. Provide documentation of the CSO control approach for other CSO sites; specifically, <br /> SRO7 and SRO8. <br /> 3.
