SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST FOR <br /> Beverly Park Switching Station Expansion AGENCY <br /> P.U.D. NO. 1 of Snohomish County USE <br /> 7. Describe plans for future additions, expansions, or further activity related to or <br /> connected with this proposal. <br /> • The existing transmission line to and inclusive of terminations at Everett <br /> Substation will be upgraded to 115kV capacity. Some poles will be <br /> replaced (this project will be evaluated separately). <br /> • Connections to the remaining 115 kV and 230 kV terminations will be <br /> completed as needed. <br /> • Ongoing maintenance of poles, landscaping, stormwater system, <br /> underground conduit, and other appurtenances as needed to maintain the <br /> facility and preserve electrical system reliability. This may include <br /> necessary vegetation management, upgrades in capacity, and other routine <br /> utility repair or maintenance within the facility and utility corridor. <br /> 8. Environmental information you know about that has been prepared, or will be <br /> prepared, directly related to this proposal. <br /> • City of Everett Notice of Determination of Non-Significance dated February <br /> 11, 1985 upon review of the Environmental SEPA Checklist for"Beverly <br /> Park Substation Rebuild" done by Puget Sound Power& Light Company <br /> dated 1/21/85 for Special Property Use Permit, Street Vacation and <br /> Variance. <br /> • SEPA Checklist for"Beverly Park Switching Station" done by Snohomish <br /> County Public Utility District No 1 dated 6/21/04 for supporting an <br /> application to the City requesting a revision to rezone included in City of <br /> Everett 10-year Comprehensive Plan Update, Draft Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Statement by City of Everett Department of Planning <br /> and Community Development, December 30, 2004. <br /> • City of Everett 10-year Comprehensive Plan Update, Final Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Statement by City of Everett Department of Planning <br /> and Community Development, February 18, 2005. <br /> • "Subsurface Exploration and Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation" <br /> Geotechnical Report prepared by Zipper, Zeman and Associates, Inc., <br /> November 18, 2003. <br /> • Technical Memorandum"Critical Areas Reconnaissance Report for the <br /> Beverly Park Substation" prepared by Landau Associates,February 12, <br /> 2004 <br /> • Technical Memorandum "Addendum to the Critical Areas Reconnaissance <br /> Technical Memorandum for the Beverly Park Switching Station (Dated <br /> February 12, 2004)" prepared by Landau Associates, November 5,_Page 2-of 23 <br />
