the Premises, then this lease shall continue in effect, except that the rental shall <br /> be adjusted. If the parties are unable to agree as to the adjustment in rent, each <br /> shall appoint an appraiser, the appraisers so appointed shall appoint a third <br /> appraiser and the decision of any two of the three appraisers as to the adjusted <br /> rental shall be binding upon the parties. Each party shall pay the appraiser it <br /> appoints, and shall share equally the cost of the third appraiser. <br /> 16. SIGNS. Lessee shall have the right to use signs upon the Premises, <br /> consistent with the zoning laws and good taste. Any signs used on the Premises <br /> shall be of such kind and character as to reasonably tend to provide good <br /> business and promotional identity. Such signs shall be placed upon the Premises <br /> with the understanding and agreement that Lessee will remove the same at the <br /> termination of the lease, and will repair any damage or injury to the Premises <br /> caused thereby; if the signs are not so removed by Lessee at that time, Lessor <br /> may have the same to i irmv''v'zd at t t�cSSvv S <br /> 17. ASSIGNMENT. Lessee will not assign, transfer, pledge, hypothecate <br /> or dispose of this lease, or any interest herein, nor permit any other person, <br /> persons or entity to occupy the leased Premises, whether by sub-lease or <br /> otherwise, without the written consent of Lessor being first obtained; Lessor <br /> agrees not to unreasonably withhold such consent. Any consent given by Lessor <br /> shall not be deemed consent to any additional assignment, transfer or sub-lease <br /> without securing the written consent of Lessor to such additional assignment, <br /> transfer or sub-lease. <br /> 18. INSPECTION. Lessor, its agents or representatives, may at any <br /> • <br /> reasonable time enter into and upon the Premises for the purpose of inspecting <br /> the condition thereof and for any other lawful purpose. <br />
