FN <br /> Subtask 103 - Quality Assurance / Quality Control <br /> Objective <br /> Prepare and implement a quality assurance and quality control plan and conduct overall quality <br /> control reviews and processes for the duration of the project <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. HDR will develop a Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan prior to commencing work. <br /> 2. A senior engineer, not otherwise involved in the project, will lead a quality control review <br /> of documents prior to submittal to the City. Draft and final key deliverables will be <br /> reviewed prior to submittal to the City for review. The quality review will include up to two <br /> additional staff to conduct reviews and will draw upon resources within primarily HDR <br /> and BC. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. None. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The QA/QC plan is intended as an internal document but available to the City upon <br /> request. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Quality assurance/quality control plan (PDF format). <br /> 2. Documentation of quality reviews. <br /> Task 200 — Collection System Modeling <br /> Task Objective <br /> Update the City's InfoSWMM hydraulic model of the basin tributary to the PGSF so that it may <br /> be used for developing alternatives to convey flow to and from the PGSF. <br /> Subtask 201 - Model Update <br /> Objective <br /> To update the existing InfoSWMM model of the CSO system and use the updated model to <br /> determine the existing levels of service within the CSO basins. The model will include analysis <br /> of the combined sewer system and separated storm drain system within the Port Gardner basin. <br /> The model will also be used to evaluate the conveyance system from the Port Gardner basin to <br /> the Water Pollutions Control Facility (WPCF) and from the WPCF to the DWO. <br /> City of Everett—Port Gardner Storage Facility 4 Scope of Services <br />
