2. Based on the alternative review workshop identify the top two (2) conveyance alternatives. 3. Implement the selection process developed in the previous task and make a final selection of the conveyance routing alternatives. Client Responsibilities 1. Participate in the alternative selection workshop. Assumptions 1. Alternative review workshop will be four(4) hours and attended by three HDR staff. 2. Selection of the preferred alternative will be made by the City at or within one (1) week of the alternative selection workshop. Deliverables 1. Meeting notes of alternative selection workshop (PDF format). Subtask 304 — Preferred Conveyance Alternative Development Consultant Services 1. Develop the selected alternative by identifying discrete construction projects, final design requirements, constraints, and implementation schedule. 2. Consider out of basin improvements at the WPCF or elsewhere in the wastewater system that are reduced, delayed or eliminated in developing the final selected alternative. 3. Provide detail to develop Class 4 OPCC of the preferred alternative. 4. Develop a 10-percent design of the selected conveyance improvements based on GIS information. 5. Identify additional investigations and work needed to support final design of the conveyance improvements. 6. Prepare a summary TM summarizing the proposed conveyance improvements. Client Responsibilities 1. Provide system constraints at the WPCF and elsewhere in the collection system that will affect the selected alternative. 2. Provide review comments of Draft Summary TM. Assumptions 1. Final TM will be provided three weeks after receipt of City comments. 2. Class 4 Capital Cost Opinions for conceptual alternatives will have a range of accuracy based upon AACE International Recommended Practice No. 18R-97, Class 4, of 1-to 15 percent project definition, +50%to -30% Range of Accuracy.
