Draft and Final Preferred Conveyance Alternative TM (PDF format). <br /> Task 400 — Storage Facility Planning <br /> Task Objective <br /> Develop a plan to define the modifications of the former Kimberly Clark treatment facility to <br /> convert it for use as the PSGF. The proposed modifications will be incorporated into a General <br /> Sewer Plan in Task 700 meeting the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173-240-060 - <br /> General Sewer Plan Subtask 501 — Infrastructure Condition Assessment <br /> Subtask 401 — Infrastructure Condition Assessment <br /> Objective <br /> Evaluate existing assets through a visual condition assessment process and document <br /> deficiencies. Assess criticality of assets. Document findings to serve as inputs to the project <br /> identification and prioritization process. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review available record drawings to prepare for field inspections. <br /> 2. Evaluate abandonment of existing Kimberly Clark outfall to Port Gardner. Prepare high- <br /> level summary including pros/cons and approach. <br /> 3. Develop a Condition Assessment Plan, describing the methodology to be used for field <br /> condition assessment. <br /> 4. Conduct field visual inspections documenting existing infrastructure condition, <br /> observation of current operations/performance, review of operation and maintenance <br /> (O&M) history and age of equipment (as available). Primary focus will include: <br /> a) Aeration Basins <br /> b) Secondary Clarifiers <br /> c) RAS/WAS Pump Station and Control Building <br /> d) Blower Building <br /> e) Pipes/valves into Aeration Basin and Secondary Clarifiers <br /> 5. Perform a visual inspection of the aeration basins and secondary clarifiers using a <br /> drone. The visual inspection will be video recorded. <br /> 6. Conduct field inspection of facility assets using a visual assessment of existing facilities <br /> focusing on these disciplines. <br /> a) Structural <br /> b) Mechanical - Processes <br /> 7. Review applicable code requirements to assess deficiency of major assets. <br /> 8.
