Final Condition Assessment TM (PDF format). <br /> Subtask 402 - Site Condition Assessment <br /> Objective <br /> Assess the PGSF site regarding site stability, internal drainage systems, and water quality <br /> needs. Document findings to serve as inputs to the project identification and prioritization <br /> process. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Review available record drawings to prepare for field inspections. <br /> 2. Conduct field assessment of site civil infrastructure. <br /> 3. Identify deficiencies with regards to performance and/or code compliance. <br /> 4. Conduct visual inspection of existing site security with operations staff and identify <br /> improvement needs. <br /> 5. Prepare a final Site Condition Assessment TM. <br /> 6. Conduct a workshop/review meeting of results with the City. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide record drawings and historical site documentation and information. <br /> 2. Provide documentation of site conditions with regard to contamination. <br /> 3. Provide an escort and access to the site and systems. <br /> 4. Provide special provisions and training for site safety requirements. <br /> 5.
