Assumptions <br /> 1. A maximum of two (2) workshops will be held for the development and review of <br /> alternatives. The duration of each workshop is four (4) hours each. Each workshop will <br /> be attended by up to two (2) BC team members. <br /> 2. Alternatives analysis will be limited to two (2) sitewide alternatives. <br /> 3. The PGSF Facilities Alternatives Analysis TM is assumed to be 50 pages excluding <br /> appendices for budgeting purposes. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft and Final Facilities Alternatives Analysis TM (PDF format). <br /> Subtask 405 — Architecture and Landscape Architecture <br /> Objective <br /> Develop architectural concepts for modification of the former Kimberly Clark treatment facilities <br /> and develop concepts for incorporating a pedestrian pathway from Marine View Drive to the <br /> waterfront. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Develop three (3) design concepts to provide a public access connection from Marine <br /> View Dr. to the waterfront. <br /> 2. Provide architectural concepts to mitigate the existing and new facility structures. These <br /> concepts may be developed further in the design phase. <br /> 3. Provide landscape strategies to create a unified vision for the completed project.. These <br /> concepts may be developed further in the design phase. <br /> 4. Provide information to develop Class 5 costs for the public access connection to the <br /> waterfront. <br /> 5. Summarize the options in a TM with preliminary artistic renderings of the potential <br /> concepts. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Meet with the architect and landscape architect to identify goals and objectives for the <br /> pedestrian trail and the PGSF. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Public access to waterfront will be provided. <br /> 2. Base assumption for the pedestrian access is chain link fencing on either side of a trail <br /> from Marine View Drive to the waterfront. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1.
