01 <br /> Task 600 — Reports <br /> Task Objective <br /> This task will compile the results of the previous evaluations of conveyance alternatives and the <br /> plan for converting the former Kimberly Clark treatment plant into the Port Gardner Storage <br /> Facility into a General Sewer Plan documenting the selected alternative. <br /> Subtask 601 - PGSF General Sewer Plan <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Meet with the City and Ecology to present a draft table of contents for the General Sewer <br /> Plan and review sections that should be included and content specified in WAC 173-240 <br /> that is not applicable and may be omitted. <br /> 2. Prepare the General Sewer Plan in accordance with the Ecology's guidelines and state <br /> requirements for approval per WAC 173-240 (latest edition). Conform to the guidelines <br /> for Engineering Reports in Ecology's Criteria for Sewage Works Design (Orange Book). <br /> 3. Submit a draft and final draft of the plan for the City's review. <br /> 4. Prepare written responses to the City's review comments and attend up to two (2 review <br /> meetings to discuss comments and responses. Document resolutions in meeting notes <br /> submitted to City. <br /> 5. Incorporate City review comments into draft reports. <br /> 6. Prepare written responses to City's review comments and attend up to two meetings to <br /> review comments and responses. <br /> 7. Incorporate City's final draft review comments into the final General Sewer Plan. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide comments on the Draft and Final plans. <br /> 2. Consolidate and reconcile conflicting comments from City staff before providing to <br /> Consultant. <br /> 3. Assist in the development of the Executive Summary. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. A maximum of two (2) review meetings to discuss comments and responses. Duration <br /> of the meetings is four (2) hours each. Up to five (5) staff will attend each meeting. <br /> 2. The General Sewer Plan will be prepared under the supervision of a professional <br /> engineer licensed in the state of Washington, bearing the engineer's seal and signature <br /> prescribed by the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. <br /> 3. Conceptual drawings will be prepared in CADD, Bluebeam and ArcGIS. <br /> 4. General Sewer Plan is anticipated to be approximately 150 pages, excluding <br /> appendices. <br /> 5.
