o Staff will be available to meet with project team on a regular basis throughout all phases <br /> o Coordinates with Everett Transit outreach staff to identify equitable and appropriate <br /> planning efforts and events/activities to leverage and advises on development of <br /> equitable and accessible outreach materials <br /> o Supports City of Everett and Everett Transit staff in preparation for outreach events, <br /> including material development <br /> o Leads development of detailed outreach and messaging plan with content/language <br /> that can easily be plugged into materials and notifications, in coordination with City of <br /> Everett and Everett Transit staff <br /> o Coordinates, prepares for and attends public open houses/drop-in sessions during <br /> phases 1 and 2 (up to three staff may attend meetings/events) <br /> o Supports City of Everett and Everett Transit staff in development and review of outreach <br /> materials <br /> o Develops content for online and print survey <br /> o Develops outreach summary, including analysis of online open house,survey, and public <br /> feedback <br /> o Manages outreach schedule and internal team coordination <br /> • City of Everett Office of Marketing and Communications/Everett Transit <br /> o Leads development, review process and production of outreach materials,graphics, and <br /> assets to coincide with outreach milestones and schedule <br /> o Serves as point of contact for community inquiries/communications <br /> o Coordinates and attends tabling events, rider-to-rider outreach activities, local events, <br /> workshops, open house/drop-in sessions, community meetings and briefings <br /> o Coordinates with local media sources for press releases and display advertisement <br /> services <br /> o Serves as media spokespeople <br /> o Coordinates all printing, postage and delivery of all materials and notifications <br /> o Manages and uploads social media and website updates <br /> Task 3 Planning Scenarios <br /> Task Objectives: <br /> Essential to the community outreach and a well-informed Council decision is to ensure there are three <br /> equally defined pathways: <br /> 1.)
