Council Call for Bids s 4/28/20 5/13/20
Advertise Bid and Award 5/20/20 6/19/20
Initiate Construction 6/22/20 7/9/20
Submittals 6/22/20 7/10/20
Dewatering 7/1/20 8/28/20
Manufacture PreCast MH 7/22/20 8/18/20
Site Work 7/27/20 ,8/28/20
Restoration 8/31/20 ,9/4/20
Please note that the construction schedule laid out above is the City's anticipated schedule, and
Jacobs cannot control this schedule.
Table 2, provided at the end of this SOW, provides a detailed schedule for the salient activities
Jacobs will conduct for each subtask.
General Key Assumptions
Several general key assumptions are presented herein because they have direct impact to the
budget presented in Exhibit B. Specific assumptions per subtask are included within the subtask
details, below.
• Funding for the project will be with City funds, not federal or state loan or grant funds
requiring additional documentation and procedural requirements to be incorporated into
the bidding documents. City will obtain all permits necessary for the project; complete all
required applications; develop all supporting exhibits; and manage all required processes
and hearings.
• The City will provide Jacobs access and entry to all sites. This assumes no entry into
confined spaces.
• Stormwater management analysis/reporting, stormwater pollution prevention plan, or
other drainage reporting are not required for the project.
• All work shall conform to the 2019 City of Everett Engineering Standards and applicable
building codes.
• Design drawings shall be prepared in AutoCAD 2016 (or more recent) format. AutoCAD
electronic files will be submitted to the City upon completion of design.
• City will provide to Jacobs all data in City's possession relating to Jacobs services on the
project.Jacobs will reasonably rely upon the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the
information provided by the City. Examples of data that the City will provide includes:
o Previous plans and reports pertaining to the project area, including electronic copies
of sewer and storm plan drawings.
o GIS files showing locations of salient project area infrastructure, including pipes,
maintenance holes, vaults, etc. This information will also be used by the survey firm,
to correlate data between the City, utilities and one-call services.
o Most recent survey information of the project site.
Page 3
