• Project Execution Plan:Jacobs shall update the internal Project Execution Plan.
• Monthly Invoice and Status Memorandum Preparation:Jacobs shall prepare and
submit monthly invoice and status memos.
• Update of Field Safety Plan: An internal Project Field Safety Plan will be developed
for field activities scheduled to occur in Task 9.
• Bi-weekly Teleconference Calls: Bi-weekly teleconference calls between the Jacobs
Project Manager, Lead Design Manager and the City Project Manager shall be
scheduled to discuss on-going project status. Calls are anticipated to not exceed
thirty (30) minutes.
• Internal Kick-Off Call: The Jacobs team will conduct a 1-hr internal kick-off call to
discuss the salient items of the project, including project budget, schedule and
deliverables.
Deliverables:
• Monthly invoice and budget summary spreadsheet
• Monthly status memo accompanying the invoice
Subtask 8.2 SEI to SRI Intertie Final Design
Utilizing the information from the recently completed SEI to SRI alternatives evaluation (Phase
1), Jacobs will continue to advance design of Alternative 3A: A 36" SEI connection upstream of
the collection manifold pipe, with an SRI connection on the west side of the SRO8 overflow
structure lower chamber. (Note that 36" represents the diameter of the SEI but the actual
intertie pipe will be 30" in diameter.) Plans and specifications that will be submitted using the
remaining budget in the contract (under Subtask 7.3) represent 90% design level. (Note that the
City was unable to pothole further west than discussed during Phase 1 due to high groundwater
levels and ongoing construction of the road in that area. This risk is being considered when pre-
purchasing items and the final design will make up for the elevation differences that may be
encountered in the field during construction.)
This task assumes the following:
• The City is currently researching the availability of pipes, valves and fittings in case
they need to pre-purchase those materials to meet the project deadline.
• The City will provide 90% review comments by anticipated NTP date of 3/16/20.
Specific activities include:
• Prepare 100% bid-set documents (design plans and specifications), per Tables 3 and
4. (As stated above, only one bid-set package will be developed for this SOW.)
Page 5
