Plans and <br /> specifications that will be submitted using the remaining budget in the contract (under Subtask <br /> 7.4) represent 60% design level. (A formal 90% submittal will not be provided; however salient <br /> design items will be discussed during the bi-weekly calls.)The City anticipates that the plan <br /> should be to place a 12 foot diameter precast saddle manhole (or square/rectangular vault) on <br /> the SR08 pipe. The saddle manhole will have a 48" diameter riser section and precast rings. <br /> Specific activities include: <br /> • Prepare 100% bid-set documents (design plans and specifications), per Tables 3 and <br /> 4. (As stated above, only one bid-set package will be developed for this SOW.) <br /> • Prepare draft Engineers opinion of construction costs.
