City of Everett v 01 1100 - 3 <br /> ' 2020 Biosolids Removal UT3705-11 <br /> B. Sample testing and analysis required by the Owner under terms of this Contract <br /> will be conducted by the Everett Environmental Laboratory, which is co-located <br /> at the WPCF. All samples required by City will be analyzed at City's expense. <br /> 1.7 SOLIDS ANALYTICAL DATA <br /> A. Provided in Appendix C. Data was taken in 2019 and 2020 per the WPCF's <br /> ' NPDES permit from Washington State Department of Ecology. The biosolids <br /> have been analyzed in-situ for pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 503 as <br /> ' required by coverage under the General Permit for Biosolids. Each prospective <br /> bidder must determine what evaluations of the in-situ solids characteristics are <br /> necessary and shall coordinate with the City's Project Manager if additional solids <br /> ' information is needed. It is the Contractor's responsibility to determine how the <br /> characteristics of the City's biosolids may influence the performance and <br /> efficiency of their equipment. Solids concentration will vary horizontally and <br /> vertically within the City's Recirculation Channel. <br /> ' 1.8 PERMITS <br /> A. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay the cost of any applicable <br /> permits and connection fees required to do the Work, and such costs shall be <br /> ' included in the Bid. <br /> ' 1.9 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, <br /> ' Current Adopted Edition. <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and <br /> ' the Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans, latest edition. <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br /> ' Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition. <br /> E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> ' F. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards, such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade <br /> ' association standard, or other similar standard, shall comply with the <br /> requirements of the latest revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement <br /> thereto in effect on the date of Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class <br /> 01 1100 - 3 SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> I <br />
