Regarding Section 007200, General Conditions, paragraph 15.3.12 and <br /> 15.3.13 3. pertaining to Insurance Cancellation, it requests 45 days prior <br /> written notice of any cancellation, non-renewal or other material change <br /> in any insurance policy. APG's insurers can only endorse to provide 30 <br /> days notice, but APG would agree to directly provide the City with 45 days <br /> notice for any known changes or modifications. In addition, APG's insurer <br /> can endorse to provide 30 days direct notice of cancellation but will not <br /> provide direct notice for non-renewal or material change. APG would I <br /> agree to provide notice for non-renewal or material change directly to the <br /> City with the requested 45 day notice prior to making any changes to our <br /> policy.
