An exception from EMC 19.35.060 which requires on-site perimeter <br /> landscaping to consist of ten feet of Type III landscaping along street <br /> frontages. <br /> 2. An exception from EMC 19.35.060 which requires on-site perimeter <br /> landscaping to consist of five feet of Type III landscaping along the <br /> southern interior property line; <br /> 3. An exception from EMC 19.35.090 which requires on-site perimeter <br /> landscaping to consist of ten feet of Type II landscaping when adjacent <br /> to freeways; <br /> 4. An exception from EMC 19.35.080(A) which require parking areas that <br /> front on a street right-of-way to provide a ten foot-wide landscaped area <br /> on-site along the entire street frontage. <br /> 5. An exception from EMC 19.35.080(B)(3) which require parking areas <br /> containing one hundred or more parking spaces to have a minimum of <br /> one tree for every six parking spaces. <br /> Project Planner: Grace Pollard,Assistant Planner 425.257.8807 <br /> DECISION: The City of Everett Planning Department has determined the proposed landscape design achieves <br /> the intent and purpose of the landscaping required by code and grants APPROVAL with CONDITIONS of the <br /> landscape modification request by Delta Hotel by Marriott for 3105 Pine Street. The following are <br /> CONDITIONS of this approval: <br /> 1. Provide landscaping as shown per the approved landscape plan dated March 2, 2018. All landscape <br /> areas must be maintained with respect to creating a healthy growing condition and attractive appearance <br /> as well as being free of weeds and trash as specified in the Everett Municipal Code 19.35.130. <br /> 2.
