When construction is complete and <br /> the site is stabilized, any existing sediment will be removed and stabilized onsite. <br /> BMP C150: Materials on Hand <br /> Element# 12: Manage the Project <br /> A general construction manager will manage the project for or by the owners. The <br /> construction manager shall maintain all of the above items in order to minimize <br /> sediment transport and turbid water leaving the site.
