The construction drawings should be revised for <br /> consistency. The thermal break between the slab and foundation wall should be specified in <br /> Detail 7/S3.1 to ensure it is constructed properly. See WSEC-15 Table C402.1.3. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> 27. The multi-use room on Sheet A-2 appears <br /> to include a domestic oven-range appliance with a hood. A note shall be added specifying the <br /> appliance as a domestic oven-range. The note shall limit the use of the appliance to boiling, <br /> steaming, and warming precooked food. See IMC Table 507.1.2"Community"Spaces Type 1. <br /> Additional Comments: <br /> 32. Structural drawings have been added to the construction drawing set that were not included in <br /> the original submittal. The architectural drawings include structural information that duplicates <br /> or differs from information provided in the structural drawings.
