The clearance on the latch side of the doors shall be 18 inches minimum per ICC A117.1-09 Figure <br /> 404.2.3.2(a). The minimum clearance shall be specified on the drawing. See IBC 1101.2 This note <br /> has been added.To Sheet A-2. <br /> 5b. The location of the restrooms has moved west such that the north restroom wall includes the <br /> exterior concrete wall. The concrete wall shall be overframed and insulated per SWSEC-15 Table <br /> C402.1.3. The overframing shall be separated from the concrete wall unless it is constructed of <br /> naturally-durable or preservative-treated wood per IBC Section 2304.12.1.3 The overframing is <br /> shown on Sheet A-2 as required by WSEC-15 Table C402.1.3 and shall be separated from the <br /> concrete wall as called for in IBC 2304.12.1.3. <br /> The occupant load for the multi-use room is now at a B Occupancy so the load factor is 100 and <br /> the occupant load will be less than 30. 2 toilet rooms have been added-see Sheet A-2. <br /> 6. The Ground Floor Plan on Sheet A-2 shall require safety glazing for the doors in the east exterior <br /> wall. See IBC Sections 2902.3.3. <br /> Note has been added on Sheet A-3 for doors to have safety glazing. <br />
